I lost my owner's manual, how can I obtain a new one?

If you think your product is not working correctly, we suggest you call our Customer Service Representative first before returning it. Often we can solve the problem over the phone. Does the Master Blaster have batteries and how long does a full charge last?
Yes. It has two built-in rechargeable lithium batteries for three hours playback at 50% volume.
What is a magnetic cartridge and why should I pay for one?
A magnetic cartridge is a mechanical device that converts vibrational energy from a stylus riding in a record groove into an electrical signal that is subsequently passed through amplification and then converted into sound energy by a loudspeaker system. They produce better sound than ceramic cartridges because their styli are lighter and move more freely. This yields a more accurate sound from the record as well as less wear and tear on the record.
Can I replace the magnetic cartridge?
Yes. Replace with Audio Technica AT3600LA (Moving Magnet type) with ATN3600 stylus.
